"This spa has great energy, great staff, great products, and amazing service. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Sarah, one of the owners. She's really knowledgeable about the products she sells, super energetic, and excited about what she does and knows best: skin care! They carry great lines here, and they even had a Sale section (I snatched up an Indonisian hand cream and some cosmetics!). Tre Balm also sells really cute bags, slippers, candles, even stuff for the guys. I love that they also give out samples- Sarah gave me a sample of a facial lotion for sensitive skin. The facial was simply amazing! My esthetican was knowledgeable, her touch was perfect, and I left feeling 100% more relaxed than when I came in. My skin loved the products they used on me. I will definitely be BACK! Thanks Tre Balm!!

"I have followed Erica all over San Francisco-I adore her pampering facials! I was so excited to hear she has opened her own spa. With Erica's amazing energy and charm I know her new spa will be a success. Erica's facials leave my dry dull skin looking and feeling drenched and renewed with moisture. My skin feels beautiful and glows after Erica's expert facial services. She also gives you a soothing head, shoulder and upper back massage as part of your treatment...ahhhhh...I love the fact that Erica takes the time to talk to me about my skin's needs and customizes my facial according to my skins current condition and challenges. She also takes the time to really go over the products she recommends for my daily home use and keeps my personal skin care budget in mind. I feel renewed inside and out after a pampering treament from Erica!

"Tre Balm is a charming, cozy spa oasis with the most adorable apothecary boutique. They offer beautiful skincare and body products as well as scented soy candles and even some Splendid clothing (my favorite). When I arrived for my treatments, I was greeted by their friendly spa team and felt at home right away. I had a luxurious facial in a darling room overlooking the garden followed by a relaxing massage incorporating acupuncture. I came away feeling relaxed, pampered....skin a glow!"

"My skin was suffering due to stress and traveling, so I went to Sarah at Tre Balm for help. A week later and my skin is still looking fab - refreshed, soft, supple and much clearer. I went with the 70 minute facial which uses the amazing Phytomer products (and they sell the line there too). The rubber masque works wonders! It was such a relaxing environment and you can't beat the attentive service offered by the new owners, Sarah and Erica. Believe me...I will be back!

"The place is reminiscent of a little European apothecary nook. You feel home and welcome from the doorstep, as if you entered somebody's cute and cozy living room. I love their scented candles and luxurious soap collection. Although their assortment of skincare seems thoughtful and complete, I was not tempted to buy anything as I was not familiar with the brands. The spa is immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. My treatment room was overlooking bucolic garden and this view (not very typical for San Francisco) was the highlight of the visit. Prices are reasonable. While it's true that the very basic "European" facial is inexpensive ($90 for 70 min.), you are not getting anything beyond well... basic. Any addition, such as oxygen and enzyme treatment, vitamin C, or microdermabrasion could easily double your price. At the same time, the esthetician did an excellent job cleaning (tweezing) my brows - a nice touchBy:
