Gift Certificates
To buy or redeem a Tre Balm gift certificate, please call us at 415-292-5129 or send a fax to 415-292-5180 then fill out the gift certificate you want to send, e.g., who it's from, who it's going to, any message you want on the certificate.

Gift certificates are sent to the recipient within one business day after we receive payment. If you chose to send your certificate by mail, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Certificates sent in the mail come in a gift folder.

Certificates are available in $10 increments, with a $20 minimum (U.S. dollar only). They are not taxable and no shipping and handling charges are applicable. They are not refundable and are valid for a one year period after the date unless otherwise specified.

You can redeem certificates by phone, mail, fax or in person.

Spa Cancellation Policy
At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your Spa appointments. Please respect our 24 hours cancellation policy to avoid being charged full price for any pre-booked service.

Tipping
Our estheticians and therapists appreciate gratuities. A general guideline would be between 10% and 20%.

Arriving for Appointments
Kindly allow ample time for parking and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately, if your appointment is delayed due to your late arrival, it will end at the originally scheduled time. We thank you for your courtesy in not delaying our next client.

Valuables
Please leave valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost of stolen items.

Tre Balm Skin Care

At Tre Balm, our Licensed Estheticians work with you to customize the best facial for your skin type. With 25 years of combined esthetic experience and staying ahead of skincare treatments and products, we strive for optimal results based on our recommendations for your skincare goals.

After a one-on-one consultation and skin analysis, your esthetician will design a pampering facial to address your individual needs, from reducing fine lines to addressing acne-prone skin. In addition to a thorough cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, face massage, mask, moisturizing and UV protection. This facial is ideal for both men and women.

Microdermabrasion Facial: Highly recommended for acne, scarring, sun damage and fine lines, microdermabrasion works to bring a new layer of skin to the surface. Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Facial: Known for its calming and soothing effect, Tre Balm's oxygen facial kills bacteria on the surface, fuels cell renewal and nourishes the skin, making this treatment ideal for acne-prone and sensitive skin. Skin is left detoxified and revitalized.

Vitamin C: Pigmentation problems and brown spots, this beneficial treatment uses the powerful antioxidants found in vitamin C to brighten and lighten the skin's pigment, resulting in a radiant glow.

Hydro-Repair: Developed by the medical industry to hydrate and cool burn victims. This treatment actually penetrates the skin through osmosis and revitalizes it by supplying water to the lower layers of the surface skin. The water plumps up to make the skin smoother and dramatically reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

AHA’s

Glycolic: An excellent peel for acne, brown spots, sun spots, melasma and fine lines, this treatment uses a derivative of sugar cane that works quickly to improve the skin's surface and brighten its appearance. $45
Lactic: Similar to the glycolic peel, the lactic acid peel is more gentle and intended for clients with sensitive skin. Is a great add-on to other skin treatments such as a facial or microdermabrasion. $45
Oxygen Inhalation: For a quick lift before a special event or just to energize, our oxygen therapy is a great add-on to another service or by itself.

Delightful Basic Massage

Massage work includes a rich variety of physical and therapeutic techniques combined with an unparallel collection of creams, oils, serums, sprays and ointments (for face, body and hair). The products used in the treatment are derived from Tre Balm's vast collection of old world apothecaries. Modalities effective in massages described as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu and Pre-Natal are customized for each specific client.

Acupuncture

Enhance overall wellness or address specific health concerns with this ancient treatment commonly used to treat allergies, chronic pain, depression, gastrointestinal disorders, and infertility. Practitioners of Oriental Medicine assess a patient’s needs by determining where the energy in the body has changed and what organ systems have become unbalanced. A course of treatment is specifically tailored to correct the individual's imbalances and may include herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping, massage and nutrition.

During an acupuncture treatment, one may feel warmth or tingling where the needles are placed and may have a sensation of energy traveling up and down the channels of the body. Most people find acupuncture to be practically painless and extremely relaxing and many fall asleep during the treatment.

Oxygen Serum - Derived from plant sources, this antioxidant therapy helps ameliorate aging free radical damage and rejuvenates skin that is fatigued due to environmental pollutants, allergens, improper diet, sun damage and smoking. This serum is also recommended between peel treatments.
Collagen Serum - Derived from plant sources, this firms the skin and supports collagen production to give skin a more youthful appearance.
ADN Serum - Acts as an intense moisturizer to target problem areas such as elbows, knees, and decollete.
