Gift Certificates
To buy or redeem a Tre Balm gift certificate, please call us at 415-292-5129 or send a fax to 415-292-5180 then fill out the gift certificate you want to send, e.g., who it's from, who it's going to, any message you want on the certificate.

Gift certificates are sent to the recipient within one business day after we receive payment. If you chose to send your certificate by mail, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Certificates sent in the mail come in a gift folder.

Certificates are available in $10 increments, with a $20 minimum (U.S. dollar only). They are not taxable and no shipping and handling charges are applicable. They are not refundable and are valid for a one year period after the date unless otherwise specified.

You can redeem certificates by phone, mail, fax or in person.

Spa Cancellation Policy
At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your Spa appointments. Please respect our 24 hours cancellation policy to avoid being charged full price for any pre-booked service.

Tipping
Our estheticians and therapists appreciate gratuities. A general guideline would be between 10% and 20%.

Arriving for Appointments
Kindly allow ample time for parking and arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Unfortunately, if your appointment is delayed due to your late arrival, it will end at the originally scheduled time. We thank you for your courtesy in not delaying our next client.

Valuables
Please leave valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost of stolen items.

Tre Balm Skin Care

FACIALS - All facials include an enzyme scrub and extractions.

European Facial
A deep cleansing and purifying facial incorporating massage techniques to improve circulation and overall skin tone. Concludes with a soothing hand and décolletage treatment. (70 minutes) $90.

Gentleman's Facial
Designed to address the needs of the male client, this treatment combats dull, fatigued skin, targets ingrown hairs and blackheads, and softens fine lines. The result is renewed, healthy skin with a brighter, clearer appearance. (70 minutes) $85.

Basic Facial
A simple yet effective treatment that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. The result is toned, balanced and refreshed skin. (70 minutes) $85.

SPECIALTY FACIALS

Vitamin C
Recommended for clients with pigmentation problems and brown spots, this beneficial treatment uses the powerful antioxidants found in vitamin C to brighten and lighten the skin's pigment, resulting in a radiant glow. (80 minutes) $120.

Diamond Radiance
In just one hour your skin will feel and look years younger. Your face will feel smooth and clarified, nourished and hydrated. The appearance of fine lines and blemishes is visibly reduced, skin looks rejuvenated, radiant and fresh. Includes Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment and Diamond Micro Dermabrasion. (60 minutes) $200

Hydro Repair Treatment
Tre Balm Hydro Repair treatment replenishes extreme moisture to the skin. Developed by the medical industry to hydrate and cool burn victims. This treatment actually penetrates the skin through osmosis and revitalizes it by supplying water to the lower layers of the surface skin. The water plumps up to make the skin smoother and dramatically reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Each client receives a take home treatment for second application. (90 minutes) $130.

Novella Facial "The Ultimate in Luxury"
Indulge in pure decadence using 13th century Italian formulas of Santa Maria Novella. Your skin will transform becoming rejuvenated and refreshed, while senses are awakened with aromatic herbs from Florence. A true indulgence! (80 minutes) $120

H.O.T (Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment)
Known for its calming and soothing effect, Tre Balm's oxygen facial kills bacteria on the surface, fuels cell renewal and nourishes the skin, making this treatment ideal for acne-prone and sensitive skin. Bright Treatment
A unique experience with instant results you can see and feel. With just one infusion you will look younger, brighter and more radiant, and uneven skin pigmentation will improve. The appearance of fine lines and blemishes is visibly reduced; skin looks rejuvenated and fresh. Perfect partner with many other treatments and enhances micro-dermabrasion and peels. Powerful enzymes loosen debris collected in the skin's pores and allows for precise extractions. The result is impeccably clean, glowing skin. (80 minutes) $120.

Glycolic
An excellent peel for acne, brown spots, sun spots, melasma and fine lines, this treatment uses a derivative of sugar cane that works quickly to improve the skin's surface and brighten its appearance. $50.

Lactic Acid
Similar to the glycolic peel, the lactic acid peel is more gentle and intended for clients with sensitive skin. Is a great add-on to other skin treatments such as a facial or micro dermabrasion. $50.

Brightening Peel
Using a blend of glycolic acid, vitamin C, licorice root and berry extracts, this treatment clarifies and brightens skin tone, reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, fine lines and other signs of aging. $60.

Pumpkin Peel
This fragrant enzyme-based treatment digests and exfoliates dead skin cells and impurities. Skin is left smooth and detoxified. $50.

SPECIAL SERVICES

Micro Dermabrasion
Highly recommended for acne, scarring, sun damage and fine lines, micro dermabrasion works to bring a new layer of skin to the surface. This effective treatment not only refines and resurfaces the skin, but also diminishes the signs of aging using crystal-free diamond technology. $145. Series of 6 Micro Dermabrasion sessions $780.

Oxygen Inhalation Therapy
For a quick lift before a special event or just to energize, our oxygen therapy is a great add-on to another service or by itself. (10 Minutes) $10

Lymphatic Drainage
For those with allergies, facial puffiness or those receiving cosmetic surgery, this beneficial treatment reduces swelling and speeds up the healing process. Excess fluid is drained and pushed towards the lymph nodes, improving circulation and skin tone. (Clients undergoing surgery should first consult a doctor before receiving this treatment.) $45.

Atoxelene Application
An alternative to Botox...A concentrated skin smoothing complex that targets expression lines and wrinkles. Atoxelene Serum smooths and visibly reduces fine lines and wrinkles without pain or injections. Natural amino acids aid visible line smoothing and assist in the prevention of new wrinkle formation. MASSAGE

Delightful Basic Massage
Massage work includes a rich variety of physical and theraputic techniques combined with unparallel collection of creams, oils, serums, sprays and ointments (for face, body and hair). The products used in the treatment are derived from Tre Balm's vast collection of old world apothecaries. Modalities effective in massages described as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu and Pre-Natal are customized for each specific client.

Hot Stone
Ancient healing - All natural heated river stones applied generously to the muscles soothing knots, calming the spirit and customized to ones choice of aromatherapy. Truly uplifting! Hot stone is an excellent choice for those who are sensitive to touch, ticklish and new to massage or involved in meditation routinely.

Pre Natal
Involves an adept intake concerning areas of muscle stresses accelerated by pregnancy. Customized, gentle, results oriented and desgined massage to improve and alleviate pain, tension, exhaustion and overall discomfort. Extra specific requests are welcome. A must during your pregnancy!
