	TRACY COOK Proprietor With a penchant for beauty goods and a frequent flyer card to the globe's most remote destinations, Tre Balm's owner Tracy Cook culminates her passions and a keen buyer's eye into her upscale European boutique. Cook founded Tre Balm to offer her San Francisco clientele an intimate, elegant and discreet environment in which to shop and also receive skin care treatments. To ensure that Tre Balm always stocks the most rarified and exquisite collections of beauty and lifestyle merchandise, Cook is constantly seeking out the very best brands and products available all over the world. Prior to Tre Balm, Cook worked in technology sales and marketing. Tired of technology after ten successful years, Cook closed her laptop on the high tech industry, and opened doors to Tre Balm in the fall of 2003. "If you look good, then you feel good" is Cook's personal beauty philosophy, and is evident when one walks through the old world doors to her elegant boutique on Sacramento Street. Tracy is also big on life's adventures...traveling the world, training for her next triathlon and scuba diving to name a few.
	BRIA CEBALLOS Boutique and Skincare Manager Possessing a strong background in customer service, retail skincare and education, Bria Ceballos' blended experience fits well with Tre Balm's philosophy of exemplary service and quality products. After five years of training program development and store management at Kiehl's, Bria was ready to apply her skills in a more intimate setting. As Tre Balm's manager and buyer, Bria uses her creativity and business sense to further develop the success of the boutique. Bria graduated from U.C. San Diego with a BA in Visual Arts and continues to apply her art background by working on commissioned paintings and drawings. She keeps the mind and body connected through regular practice of Pilates and Gyrotonic.
	MEGAN CARSON-KIRSTEN Senior Esthetician and Make-up Artist Resident esthetician and make-up artist Megan Carson brings Tre Balm clientele the very best in skin care services and cosmetics. With extensive training in all modern skin care procedures and technologies, Carson works with each client to individually address their concerns and specific needs. In addition to general services such as facials, waxing and make-up application, Carson skilled in specialty treatments including micro dermabrasion, facial structure analysis, lymphobiology, and corrective make-up. An advocate of continuing education, Carson is passionate about acquiring and utilizing the most up-to-date information and tools available to the skin care industry today. Her background spans all areas of the skin care and cosmetics industries. She has worked as an esthetician in both large and small day spa environments. Her experience also includes work with major cosmetic brands including Lancome, Estee Lauder and Clinique, where she became a professional make-up artist. On Megan's days off, you may find her kayaking in the bay or hiking Mt. Tamalpais.
	JAMIE FISHLER Publicist/Marketing Jamie moved from Tampa, Florida to San Francisco four years ago and can't imagine living anywhere else. Whether it be running along marina green, checking out the latest restaurants or finding the newest trends, Jamie's zest for San Francisco's city life is strong! Currently, Jamie works in public relations and continues to be a key member of Tre Balm's team.
	VINO SAINT AUGUSTE Boutique and Skincare Associate With over 7 years of spa industry experience, a love of quality products and zest for building customer relationships, Vino Saint Auguste has found a perfect fit at Tre Balm. In addition to being a self-described jewelry junkie and pampering herself with spa products, she enjoys cooking, hiking, jogging and spending time with her cat, Dozer. Vino's hometown is Pondicherry, India, but she loves living in San Francisco. She is passionate about yoga/pilates and tries to maintain a green, healthy lifestyle.
